How it began

With just three employees, 1967 the history of STEWO Kunststoffverarbeitung began in Parkstraße in Helmbrechts. Already in 1970 the construction of the new production hall in Dürrengrüner Weg 5 was started. The headquarters was established in 1974. During this time primarily tools and molds for the consumer electronics industry were generated (scales for television and radios). In addition to the plastic injection molding and tooling STEWO focused in screen printing and hot stamping. The customer base has been continuously strengthened.

In 1999 the company was handed over to the siblings Elisabeth and Michael Stelzer.
Then there were 36 employees and on 16 injection molding parts were manufactured.

Over time, the company STEWO has repositioned and is now a medium-sized company with two locations in the world market.
