In the manufacturing process, nothing is left to chance.
By our modern, microprocessor-controlled injection molding machines, we are always able to analyze the injection molding process and to monitor the quality. Machinery tuned with our optimally to the various requirements of individual (1 K / 2 K, clamping force of 200 – 3,500 kN) we manufacture precision parts from 0,01 g up to 950 g.
The variety of individual peripheral and automation equipment as well as a central material supply allow a high degree of automation and a process-stable production as the basis for an excellent quality.
In our production we use exclusively technical thermoplastics.
